MacBook, MacBook Pro Keyboard 1.0 released

Apple released MacBook/Pro Keyboard Firmware 1.0 to address an old issue where if the computer has been idle for a while, the first key press may be ignored. The update addresses other issues, as well.

The update is available as a standalone download. or via Software Update.

The update requires Mac OS X 10.5.2, and is for the following models:

  • MacBook (Late 2006)
  • MacBook (Mid 2007)
  • MacBook (Late 2007)
  • MacBook Pro (17-inch Core 2 Duo)
  • MacBook Pro (15-inch Core 2 Duo)
  • MacBook Pro (Mid 2007, 2.4/2.2GHz)
  • MacBook Pro (Late 2007, 2.4/2.2GHz)
