Apple AirPort Base Station 2008-001

The AirPort 2008-001 update, just released, makes some changes, mostly refinements, to AirPort Utility, AirPort Disk Utility, and AirPort Base Station Agent. It doesn’t have any firmware updates or revisions for the base stations, and you won’t see any improvements to performance or stability. Some users have had problems with their AirPort networks following the Mac OS X 10.5.2 update, but my personal experience is just fine.

This seems to be a very minor update, with no reported issues. Yet. Someone always seems to have a problem with every change in hard-or-software. If you have any issues, please email me – charles@lindauermacs.com
