Locations Service privacy settings in iOS 4

Something new in iOS 4 is the ability for Locations Service to respect privacy controls.

Toggle on or off apps ability to use Locations Services by going to Settings -> General -> Location Services where any apps used in the last 24 hours will show an icon and a toggle switch to enable/disable the service.

The dialog box asking permission to use your current location will not appear, replaced by a warning that you can’t get current information if you’ve turned the service off for that app. If the app is enabled, you’ll see the arrow icon.
